The facilities were great with comfortable beds and a lovely spa. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including sparking wine for a boozy breakfast. the surrounding countryside was beautiful, making it a great location to relax after a long business trip.

The staff wasn't very helpful and communication was difficult due to language barriers. there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it quite stuffy, and check-out was too early after a late night event.

A stunning hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature trails. You can easily spend your whole day walking around, enjoying the scenery, or lounging in a sunny spot. the rooms are comfortable with exceptional bathrooms and all the amenities you need. the staff are very kind and helpful, always ensuring you have a pleasant stay. the breakfast is out of this world - everything you could ever want or imagine is on offer. And to top it all off, there are two excellent restaurants on-site, which provide delicious and informal dining experiences.

The hotel can better its maintenance a bit.

The service was inconsistent in terms of both quality and speed, and some of the rooms lacked practical amenities despite being furnished for aesthetics. the public area toilets were often out of order and took a long time to be fixed.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were blown away by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place in a stunning park was a major highlight for us. We loved being able to walk around and explore the beautiful grounds. The park even had a serene lake filled with tame ducks and geese, adding to the overall tranquility of the surroundings. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including the spa with a heated pool filled with mineral water and a range of treatments that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The hotel's location in a park provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and I enjoyed taking walks in the surrounding park, admiring the beautiful sculptures dotted around. In addition, the hotel staff were welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. And not to mention, the breakfast was delicious and had an extensive selection.
